Providing a Benchmark . . .
for later measuring project effectiveness regarding changes in knowledge and behavior. This is the foundation for a thorough program evaluation effect.

Assessments at the beginning of a project help staff understand what's happening now and allow them to track changes over the project's lifespan.

LOAPE is used in evaluation efforts. LOAPE analysis often becomes part of specialized progress reports.

  • Analyze progress toward strategic goals.

  • Explain deviations from goals.

  • Learn how barriers to program success can be overcome.

  • Report progress and impacts.
